Pockets Billiards for Sale

This impressive facility is the only bar of its kind in this major college town. Ideally located with 10,000 sq. ft., 31 pool tables, a 50 foot bar, video games and a great juke box. The bar has a very limited food menu (nachos and hotdogs) but could be expanded with the equipment in place. The facility opened in 2002 with and absentee owner. This is an excellent opportunity for a local owner operator to take this business to the next level. For additional information please contact Don Smith at 205-879-7220.
